JR52641 SR ENGINEER, TDT PD DRY ETCH

• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Developing Dry Etch recipes to meet structural & electrical requirements.
  • Delivering advanced technology on-time to meet future product nodes.
  • Work in cross-functional teams to jointly develop device structures.
  • Supporting cross-functional failure analysis and yield improvement.
  • Lead and collaborate for technology transferring activities between TD and fab engineers.
  • Updating the fab engineers on customer issues and technology needs.
  • Manage wafers through Dry Etch processes in support of special requirements.
  • Supporting root cause finding on defect and unique fail mode analysis.
  • Maintain or develop expertise in multiple processes, hardware, or technology areas.
  • Be a resource for peers in recipe & process development.
• Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English languages
  • Solid trouble shooting, experimental design and data analysis skills
  • Knowledge or experience of plasma sources used in plasma etching
  • Knowledge or experience of dry etch processes on High Aspect Ratio Contact and Mask Patterning processes
  • Knowledge or experience of plasma processing equipment on Applied Materials, Lam Research and Tokyo Electron Limited.
  • Knowledge or experience of advanced process control, statistics for engineering, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Knowledge or experience of trouble shooting and analysis for dry etch process stability, capability and marginality.
  • Knowledge or experience of solid-state device physics.
  • Knowledge or experience of semiconductor processes and metrology equipment used in the semiconductor industry.
  • Knowledge or experience in other semiconductor manufacturing areas like Photo lithography, CVD, Wet Etch and etc.
  • Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following topics: Transport phenomena, Electromagnetics, Atomic/Molecular physics, and Surface phenomena.
  • Must be willing to work evenings and weekends, if necessary.
  • Must be willing for short term (1-2 month) or long term (3-11 month) business trip, if necessary.
