Be the go to thought partner on how to grow their mobile businesses! Moloco is a top mobile Demand Side Platform, driving performance results for metrics driven clients. Reporting to the Country Manager, the Senior Growth Director at Moloco will work with a team of Growth Managers and Associates, and strategically partner with client decision makers to drive long term joint success.

You will operate as a strategic partner to develop and deliver (individually and through the wider team) the full spectrum of products and systems that drive business performance.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

You’ll be working on the India growth team as an account director. You’ll work alongside Growth Managers on a subset of the India portfolio. You’ll mainly lean in to ensuring our team is aware of, and enables our clients to hit, long term customer goals.

  • Leads project team to manage day-to-day activities of premium accounts.
  • Independently create campaign specific proposals for customers to achieve their business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Interprets and applies new thinking to internal or external business trends and proactively recommends DSP upsell opportunities.
  • Anticipates internal and/or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues; recommends process, product or service.
  • Exceed quarterly revenue number, proactively supporting other accounts to help grow the business, while reaching sales OKR's.
  • Understand the mobile ecosystem, stay current on industry trends, and most importantly - offer actionable insights to clients.
  • Manages senior level relationships with key customer partner(s), spanning on several levels/roles within the organization.
  • Effectively communicate orally, written both virtually and in person. Actively listens with intent to understand.
  • Creates account strategy, timelines, goals and communicates delivery of implementation action of plan.
  • Effectively prioritizes work for each managed account both internally and externally, holding customers accountable for joint business planning.
  • Recognizes instances of work process in need of improvement and creates new best practices for efficiency.

Here is what you need to succeed:

  • 10+ years Mobile Advertising experience in Account Management.
  • Strong ownership mentality and a curious approach to problem solving.
  • Proven track record negotiating and influencing partner decision makers.
  • Ability to influence without authority - focus your team around you on joint business goals and help them through coaching and leading by example.
  • Familiarity with big data, MMPs and ad tech.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in an ambiguous, fast-paced work environment.
  • Analytical skills to decipher campaigns and improve approaches.
  • Growth-minded to thrive in a startup environment.
