Brand Designer & Content Creator

An opportunity has arisen for a talented and multi disciplinary brand designer to join us and help us evolve our overall brand language - that includes digital, video, print and all external visual communication materials. You will work with the design production, user experience and marketing teams to infuse our brand personality into our client’s project.

• Display prolem-solving skills by delivering elegantly-simple solutions

• Develop the strategic foundation for brand and marketing campaigns, content, and editorial calendars

• Create project and creative briefs to guide content and creative development and see projects through to ensure delivery against defined objectives

• Work with Design and Marketing department teams to develop and execute creative ideas

• Utilize quantitative and qualitative research to generate meaningful and intuitive insights that drive creative concepts

• Maintain a pulse on effective storytelling mediums, channels, platforms, and examples. Bring this education and inspiration to our team and clients

• Be part of the brand team - balancing deep user understanding, client objectives and the requirements of the team

• Present concepts and recommendations in a compelling and impactful way to management and internal teams

• Be able to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, but also operate autonomously and provide value throughout the entire project cycle

• From time to time, we might need your expertise in annexed projects.

• 3+ years of strategy experience in comms planning, campaigns, or content development.

• A strong portfolio showcasing love for branding, design, typography and color composition with experience crafting brand systems, brand elements like social media assets, interfaces, etc.

• A strong knowledge of Adobe suite (After effects especially), Figma, and other modern tools that are needed to evolve a brand.

• Understanding of brand and marketing fundamentals that drive business results.

• A clean and simple aesthetic that you can bring to any medium, whether it's a presentation, a website, an email, or our product.

• Ability to present and sell design ideas to peers and stakeholders clearly and convincingly.

• Comfort with marketing analytics, KPIs, tracking and optimization.

• Experience planning and managing editorial calendars preferred.

• Knowledge of content management platforms and tools.

• Excitement for storytelling, technology, emerging platforms, and digital marketing.

• Build rapport and nurture cross-department relationships, and enjoy the process.

• Enthusiasm and ingenuity about building something new.
