Strategic Product Manager - Digital Lean Production

In this cross-divisional function bridging the Product Management, Growth, and Customer Success Teams, you will spearhead our product strategy for our SaaS product IQA. Leveraging your profound expertise in production management and lean manufacturing, you will collaborate closely with the C-Level and founders to shape critical business strategies. As a Strategic Product Manager, you will:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on lean manufacturing and production management, driving strategic product initiatives to define innovative features and shape the product roadmap alongside the Product Team

• Assist the Growth Team with identifying and approaching customers, partners, and projects, fostering sustainable business growth

• Shepherd customer projects from the first software demo to roll out while building strong and trusted relationships with the customers

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of our competitors and the broader market landscape, providing invaluable insights to refine our product strategy

• Maintain a proactive presence with customers, identifying latent needs, and translating them into actionable enhancements and customer-centric workflows

• Several years of experience in production management, lean manufacturing, or similar in discrete manufacturing industries. Some experience with Product Management is highly appreciated.

• Strong relationship-building skills, outgoing and communicative personality, ideally with an active, existing network in the industry

• Enthusiasm to drive the transformation to sustainable manufacturing with our digital solution IQA

• Strong customer and sales focus to achieve the best results both for the customer and ONIQ

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferably with a focus on production management) or a related technical field

• Excellent language skills (English and German C1)

• Willingness to occasionally travel for customer meetings or industry events
