Product Owner - Software Empowered Maintenance

• Act as the primary owner and advocate for our on-premise software used for vibration-based condition monitoring and diagnostics. Understand customer requirements, market trends and technological advancements to drive the product vision and roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with the product management, development team, engineers, testers and stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features and ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with external development partners to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality components, modules and services. Establish and maintain strong relationships to leverage their expertise as best as possible.
• Work closely with the testing team to define comprehensive test plans, conduct system integration tests and ensure the highest level of product quality and reliability.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the field of vibration-based condition monitoring. Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve existing product offerings.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the field of on-premise software in the industrial domain.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of server-side based software development.
• Experience with agile development methodologies for efficient software development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage external development partners effectively.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address technical challenges and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for innovation and staying up to date with the latest advancements in tools and best practices for software development and condition monitoring.
