How to contribute to our vision

For our System Integration Department within the Technology Division, we are looking for a DevOps Product Owner, who will

• Work closely with relevant stakeholders; especially the Chief Product Owner.
• Refines the requirements/outcomes in the own scope; gains understanding of the respective customer value.
• Creates and maintains the team backlog, adds new requirements/user stories as team backlog items, defines acceptance criteria, and ranks team backlog items.
• Considers quality attributes (usability, security, safety, …), incl. regulatory and legal aspects.
• Participates at the sprint planning and sprint review meetings and as often as possible at team meetings.
• Sets up and maintains product risk management.
• Works closely with the team to clearly communicate the customer needs; helps and motivates the team to understand them by presenting and explaining the product backlog items.
• Evaluates and accepts the work results, based on defined acceptance and done criteria.
• Continuously exchanges good practices and collaborates within the organization.

You are in charge of:

• Maintaining the backlog of the wind park test environment
• Facilitating the requirements collection to gather insights on the wind park configurations for the test scenarios. The requirements are both on a BOM level to ensure the desired hardware is in stock or will be procured, as well as infrastructure configuration as code.
• Driving the alignment with teams in the same department to ensure a smooth handover between procurement and installation. A proactive detection of missing or delayed inputs will help us in ensuring a smooth test environment setup.
• Creating roadmaps, together with test architects, for future test environments to ensure a timely planning and execution of actions.

You are a candidate who has:

• Experience in the role of a Product Owner or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Scrum in a SAFe context
• A fundamental background in software test and DevOps.
• As well as an open and outgoing way of solving problems. Collaboratively with our team of varying backgrounds, from data center up to software configuration, strong communication skills are vital to help us raising the quality of tomorrows wind energy solutions.
