Product Owner

The position

Have you supported a team towards agile ways of working? Have you implemented the PO role in an organization? Are you comfortable in an challenging environment, but also comfortable leading towards well-functioning structures? Would you like to work with healthcare IT solutions?

Then you might want to join our team, R&D CIS, that develops and maintains Clinical Information Systems (CIS) – a decision support for ICU and Anesthesia in Scandinavian hospitals.

As our Product Owner you will be part of an international team with experienced and skilled colleagues from both tech industry and healthcare. Your main area of responsibility is to own the product backlog and steer the development of the product according to the product strategy. This includes helping the team prioritize tasks and make the necessary changes to existing plans to meet the targets set and make sure Cambio as well as our customers derives as much value as possible from the team's work. Apart from that you also ensure that the balance between quality and functionality is met.

It is your responsibility to ensure that everyone in your teams understands the goals and scope of what’s being developed. You will be the spokesperson for your areas and work with several other roles at Cambio including Product Manager, Project Manager, Architects, Developers and so on.

About you

You are a leader with good analytical and communication skills both towards mainly internal stakeholders. You enjoy coordinating tasks and being a central point of contact for your product. As a person you are communicative and enthusiastic, possessing a natural drive where you enjoy shaping your own work.

Requirements

• Extensive experience working with software development
• Have prior experience of being a Product Owner or working with product management in general
• You are well-versed in agile methodologies and can help a waterfall teams move towards agile ways of working
• Communicate fluently in English in speech and writing

It's a bonus if you

• Experience of having worked with IT solutions for healthcare

Scope: Full time

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 3 months trial period
