  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with established CPG brands and relevant e-commerce platforms, leveraging your deep understanding of both industries.

  • Negotiate and manage win-win partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with budget goals.

  • Develop and execute co-branded marketing campaigns that leverage partner strengths and amplify brand reach across e-commerce channels.

  • Oversee the integration of our platform with partner e-commerce channels, ensuring smooth operation and data flow.

  • Track and analyze the performance of partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and optimization to maximize ROI (return on investment).

  • Manage partnership budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically and monitoring spending to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.

  • Develop and manage marketing spend to effectively boost and promote vendors on our platform.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends in F&B, e-commerce, and brand partnerships.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or business development, with a strong track record with the CPG industry and a demonstrably strong background in e-commerce.

  • Proven experience developing and managing successful brand partnerships, particularly within the e-commerce space.

  • Experience with category development strategies in CPG or e-commerce industry.

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketing strategies, and best practices.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets effectively, with a strong understanding of financial principles and cost control measures.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with CPG brands and e-commerce partners.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets.

  • Data-driven approach with a strong analytical mind and a focus on measurable results.

  • Passion for the F&B industry and a keen interest in innovative food and beverage trends.
