Finance & Risk Manager

EDRI is set-up as a stand-alone corporate group within E.ON with its own cash and guarantee facilities. In addition, EDRI’s purchase to pay process is operated by an external Business Process Operator. You will be part of the CFO team and oversee EDRI’s financial processes and their transformation in line with EDRI’s ambitious growth plans.

Your tasks will include:

• Oversee cash management activities including daily liquidity (incl. FX), cash position reconciliation and bank reporting
• Manage cashflow forecasting and ensure sufficient funds are available for the group to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
• Maintain an efficient system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over finance activities
• Maintain banking relationships for all countries and serve as primary contact with country leads regarding day-to-day finance needs
• Manage loan agreements and guarantees (parental/bank)
• Establish finance roadmap and identify functional areas for development in line with the company´s growth trajectory. Self-responsibly drive concept and implementation in liaison with top management
• Analyze and create transparency regarding business model-specific risks e.g. Commodity risks, project risks, credit-risk
• Consult operative risk owners regarding identification, assessment, countermeasures and reporting of risks
• Coordinate and lead enterprise risk reporting process for EDRI group
• Manage the insurance setup of EDRI group (incl. subsidiaries)
• Commercial and financial skills - backed by a degree in Finance or an equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in finance roles, ideally in the e-Mobility area
• Drive to steadily develop and improve your area of responsibility
• Taking ownership and being able to adapt within a very dynamic environment
• Experience in working in/ driving ahead cross functional teams and projects
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative style of working will help you to foster your stakeholder relationships
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with hands-on mentality and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to come to clear results and concise messages towards the management Skills in the use of financial and management information systems
