As a Deployment Manager in the e-mobility sector, the role entails a central responsibility for the expansion and development of charging infrastructure. The primary tasks include planning, managing, and overseeing site expansion with charging components, with a focus on meeting schedules, cost constraints, and quality standards. Effective collaboration with multiple teams, as well as coordination with customers, cooperative partners, and suppliers, is integral to the role's success.

The goal as Deployment Manager is to make a significant contribution to the expansion of the charging infrastructure, to support the e-mobility vision and to ensure the provision of efficient charging solutions.

PRIORITY TASKS

  • Planning and implementation of site expansion, taking into account time, costs and quality standards.
  • Efficient management of CAPEX budgets and regular reporting.
  • Coordination with customers, cooperation partners and suppliers.
  • Forecasting project budgets and undertaking feasibility studies of potential locations.
  • Support in the development and improvement of e-mobility processes. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Planning, managing, and personally driving the expansion of new electric vehicle charging infrastructure sites.
  • Reviewing electrical designs for suitability (electrical qualification/experience on similar projects)
  • Substantial knowledge of the electrical grid infrastructure, new grid connection applications, risks and opportunities associated with point of connection applications and offers.
  • Managing extensive CAPEX budgets and regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with customers, cooperation partners in the planning and implementation of charging infrastructure projects.
  • Management of delivery partners, onboarding, performance in terms of Timelines, Budget, Quality and Safety. Including developing process and procedures for onboarding new partners, assessing their competence and suitability for EDRI projects.
  • Specifying hardware and forecasting forward stock requirements. Coordination with EDRI Central Team and/or Manufacturers to order stock in time for deployment.
  • Practical knowledge and training in CDM processes and experience of implementation on similar projects.
  • Substantial knowledge of HSSE legislation.
  • Oversee and implement subcontractor framework agreements with internal and external supply chains. TECHNICAL & METHODOLOGICAL COMPETENCE
  • Experience in project management and planning of infrastructure projects.
  • Understanding of the e-mobility industry and technical requirements.
  • Ability to manage budgets and report efficiently.
