Data Privacy & Support Director

In this role, you will be responsible for

· Communicate and report “Data Privacy & Support” department objectives and achievements, progress status, current challenges, and potential risks with the Head of Data Governance Office and seek the required direction and support.

· Supervise and follow up on personal data collection and processing activities within STA and ensure alignment STA’s personal data protection policy and standards.

· Supervise the process of handling personal data leakage/ violations and provide the needed recommendations for resolution.

· Supervise and lead the development of awareness programs and plans for various data management domains, in cooperation with the relevant DGO members within their area of expertise.

· Enable Data Owners and Business Data stewards and provide the needed support in their tasks and responsibilities related to collecting and handling personal data and overall data privacy activities.

· Supervise and lead the activities of preparing, coordinating and implementing comprehensive training programs for concerned employees within STA, and provide the required support to all STA departments.

· Undertake any other tasks assigned to DGO or the role itself within its area of expertise.

· Perform other activities as and when required.

You will need

· Recommended not less than 10 years of experience in relevant field

· A bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent is preferred

في هذا الدور، ستكون مسؤولًا عن

· التواصل والتقارير الخاصة بأهداف وإنجازات قسم "حماية البيانات والدعم"، وحالة التقدم، والتحديات الحالية، والمخاطر المحتملة مع رئيس مكتب حكم البيانات والحصول على التوجيه والدعم المطلوب.

· الإشراف ومتابعة أنشطة جمع ومعالجة البيانات الشخصية داخل الهيئة وضمان توافقها مع سياسة حماية البيانات الشخصية والمعايير الخاصة بالهيئة.

· الإشراف على عملية التعامل مع تسرب البيانات الشخصية/ انتهاكاتها وتقديم التوصيات اللازمة للحل.

· الإشراف وقيادة تطوير برامج وخطط توعية لمجالات إدارة البيانات المختلفة، بالتعاون مع أعضاء DGO ذوي الخبرة في مجالهم.

· تمكين أصحاب البيانات ومسؤولي بيانات الأعمال وتقديم الدعم اللازم في مهامهم ومسؤولياتهم المتعلقة بجمع ومعالجة البيانات الشخصية وأنشطة الخصوصية العامة للبيانات.

· الإشراف وقيادة أنشطة إعداد وتنسيق وتنفيذ برامج تدريب شاملة للموظفين المعنيين داخل الهيئة، وتقديم الدعم المطلوب لجميع أقسام الهيئة.

· تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى يتم تكليف DGO أو الدور نفسه ضمن مجال خبرته.

· أداء أنشطة أخرى حسب الحاجة.

الشهادات/الخبرات المطلوبة

· خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في المجال ذي الصلة.

· درجة البكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو ما يعادلها مفضلة.
