MEA Operations Manager

In this role you will manage Operations activities, in order to ensure and deliver on the section’s mandate and identify improvement opportunities that will contribute to the delivery of short and mid-term strategic objectives within set KPIs, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures.

You will be responsible for

· Utilize and manage Admin, Coordination, and operations Section’s budget effectively, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered

· Investigate and propose implementing strategies that result in positive financial impact for STA and mitigate financial and operational risks.

· Manage end-to-end procurement processes including requisition, purchase order creation, Change Request, delivery tracking, and invoice processing.

· Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and requisitions.

· Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and requirements.

· Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or discrepancies. Verify and process invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracts and purchase orders.

· Resolve any discrepancies between purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.

· Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely payments.

· Ensure all procurement activities comply with STA policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.

· Conduct periodic audits of procurement processes and records to ensure compliance.

You will need

· Not less than 6 years of experience in Business Administration, Operation Management or relevant field

· A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operation Management or equivalent is preferred

في هذا الدور، ستكون مسؤولاً عن أنشطة العمليات، من أجل ضمان تحقيق وتنفيذ رؤية القسم وتحديد فرص التحسين التي ستسهم في تحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية القصيرة والمتوسطة في إطار مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية المحددة والميزانيات المتفق عليها والسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة.

مسؤوليات الوظيفة

· استخدام وإدارة ميزانية قسم الإدارة والتنسيق والعمليات بفعالية، وتقديم تقارير دقيقة عن التقدم المحرز والتحديات التي تواجهها.

· التحقيق واقتراح استراتيجيات تؤدي إلى تحقيق تأثير مالي إيجابي للشركة وتقليل المخاطر المالية والتشغيلية.

· إدارة عمليات الشراء من البداية إلى النهاية، بما في ذلك طلب الشراء، إنشاء أمر الشراء، طلب التغيير، تتبع التسليم، ومعالجة الفواتير.

· ضمان معالجة الطلبات وأوامر الشراء في الوقت المناسب وبدقة.

· التنسيق مع الأقسام الداخلية لفهم احتياجات ومتطلبات الشراء.

· مراقبة أداء الموردين ومعالجة أي مشاكل أو اختلافات. التحقق ومعالجة الفواتير للدفع، مع ضمان الدقة والامتثال للعقود وأوامر الشراء.

· حل أي اختلافات بين أوامر الشراء والإيصالات والفواتير.

· التنسيق مع قسم المالية لضمان الدفعات في الوقت المناسب.

· ضمان أن جميع أنشطة الشراء تتوافق مع سياسات وإجراءات الشركة.

· الحفاظ على سجلات وثائق الشراء دقيقة ومحدثة.

· إجراء تدقيقات دورية لعمليات الشراء والسجلات لضمان الامتثال.

الشهادات/الخبرات المطلوبة

· خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة العمليات أو مجال ذي صلة.

· درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة العمليات أو ما يعادلها.
