Viacom18 Digital Ventures Team is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our SMB Team in Mumbai. This role will involve managing our 3P partners and outsourced/vendor led sales operations. We are seeking someone with a background in managing Outsourced Sales Operations with sales targets & have experience in Digital Ads Ecosystem. Someone who is a self-starter, thrives in ambiguity, and is passionate about SMBs, Digital Advertising Products, and people.

What You’ll Do?

  • Manage Outsourced Sales Partner and own the Sales targets.
  • Evaluate Pipeline of Partners/Vendors, negotiate contracts, manager payouts, approvals timelines etc.
  • Devise operating models with strong governance, risk management with Partner/vendor engagement
  • Deliver on operational improvements to existing processes and to drive scalability and simplification.
  • Develop metrics, milestones, structured programs and procedures to ensure successful day-to-day execution
  • You will use your excellent communication skills to interact with senior executives within various cross functional teams
  • Build weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports and performance against the targets
  • Build capacity plans, annual plans to drive sales of Jio Cinema Ads through Sales Partner
  • Evangelize the best practices, systems and processes required to drive high performance outsourced sales partnership
  • Identify key risks and opportunities across projects & provide recommendations on program design

Who should apply?

  • 10+ years of experience in managing outsourced sales, partner management, account management, or technical sales
  • Experience developing working relationships at all levels of management, internally and externally
  • Strong project management, organization and stakeholder engagement skills, including multitasking to lead and execute multiple projects in parallel
  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives in close partnership with cross functional teams and drive execution
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, building strong functional relationships based on trust and respect
  • Strong communication skills, proactive expectations management
  • Self-starter, proven ability to shift priorities quickly and act proactively, while maintaining organization and focus on the key priorities
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Experience in using data to come up with executive summaries and business cases that drive decision-making and investments
