  • Maintains a database of Project Opportunities
  • Initiates Calls, Visits and Presentations to the Developer, Architects and Engineering Community for the identified projects
  • Manages project stages from identification / Specification and ending with receipt of Order.
  • Coordinates both Internal and External teams to develop project specifications and project proposals in accord with Local guidelines.
  • Analyzes Architectural and Engineering Drawings / Blueprints to create Solution Proposals.

Requirements

  • Prior Experience in Specification of projects to Architects / consultants
  • Experience in Managing Commercial projects / working with key stakeholders of the project / working with Projects partners
  • Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Networking
  • Office Tools
  • System Thinking
  • Construction cycles, techniques and processes
