Job Description:

The Hybrid Cloud & Infrastructure Practice leader will lead cutting edge and emerging Technologies: winning and delivering client work, and offering intellectual and managerial leadership within the team and externally for Infrastructure, Hybrid Cloud and CloudPlatform Professional Services portfolio. (S)he will ensure resources, financials, quality assurance, and relationship management are of a high standard to deliver both client and internal objectives for each piece of work. (S)he will be expected to operate independently and with freedom to develop relationships with clients; but within a defined framework.

The Practice Manager has a vital role to play within the HPE Remote Professional Services Sofia Organization, and in the development of its thinking, culture and practice. (S)he will be expected to contribute to strategic direction, intellectual capital and the written output of the organization. (S)he will be encouraged to build expertise in his/her defined practice area, including cultivating external networks, speaking at events and conferences, and building relationships that can further develop our thinking and practice base. As a key team member, (s)he will be expected to contribute to a positive and collaborative working culture, and to grow as an ambassador for the organization and its values.

Responsibilities:

• Developing practice area(s): The Practice Manager will take a view across projects and be able to help create synergies between them.
• Win new business (business development): To bring in new revenue for from new or existing clients (proactively or in response to tender opportunities), and through building lasting client and peer partnerships.
• Lead areas of practice work delivery: (S)he will deliver client-facing services to external (client and funder) and internal stakeholders. This may involve working alongside leadership, with other members of the team, with associate individuals or organizations.
• Manage relationships: The Practice Manager will act in accordance with our Collaborate vision and and act as an Ambassador for Collaborate in all that (s)he does to develop and widen the Collaborate network, and manage relationships to enhance impact, brand and identify new business areas. Building meaningful relationships with colleagues, partners, clients and within the wider sector is a critical determinant of success for Collaborate.
• Lead initiatives that span strategy and road map exercises, architecture definition, product selection, application and integration design and implementation
• Work with C-Level executives to define and understand business goals, strategies, capabilities, processes and help shape and define business and technology transformation initiatives.
• You will rapidly develop new technologies solutions, applications of technologies and methods to assess the potential for adoption across the enterprise.
• You will support and advance the strategic direction and priorities of the Emerging Technology organization across the enterprise, by fostering open communication and active collaboration.
• Partner with multi-disciplinary teams to understand requirements and plan architecture and solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership roles and skills related to Emerging Technology, such as but not limited to Enterprise Application development and Migration, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and platform Automation implementation.
• Demonstrated knowledge of industry trends and Emerging Technologies as well as the processes and infrastructures required to support them.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, build relationships and work effectively with internal and external partners.
• Demonstrated strong collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills in a highly matrixed organization.
• Ability to define and effectively articulate solutions (verbally and in writing) and discuss business problems with customers positively influencing outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience defining and articulating enterprise architecture, data management, strategic vision and translating it into implementable steps for emerging technology operationalization.
• Possesses technical expertise in AI & Data, Application Development & transformation(Includes mainframe application),Cloud and Platform automation.
