You will be in charge of:
- The Voicebot and Chatbot roadmap
- Stimulate the innovation and evolution of these modules (collect queries from the market, provide developers with instructions about the new features to be implemented, etc...)
- Support Project Managers to analyze customers’ needs and to implement our solution into the customer’s infrastructure
- Liaise with our platform providers and technical partners to troubleshoot any issue
- Writing and reviewing documentation about Voicebot and Chatbot features
- Train the internal team on these modules
- Leverage synergies across TuoTempo’s modules
Requirements
We’re searching for someone with a broad understanding of contact center sector who:
- A bachelor degree (preferably Computer engineering or mathematics or related field)
- At least 1 years of professional experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager / Project Manager
- Has worked with AI on complex projects
- Is familiar with conversational user interfaces
- Has experience in hosted telephony and VoIP / SIP (Asterisk, Free PBX and the market standard software for telephony)
- Has worked with Twilio or similar solutions
- Has worked with Meta for Business Suite
- Has excellent communication skills and is able to communicate complex topics to any audience
- Can build trust both within our organization and with customers
- Is proactive, focused and consistent
- Is fluent in English
- Able to effectively manage Italian conversations with the development team
- Any other language is a plus
