Let’s talk about the Team/Project

As a member of the ResMed Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Bangalore, this person will be an integral part of the CoE team and is expected to work in close tandem with product and go-to-market teams of MatrixCare in the USA.

The Product Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, development, value creation and driving market leadership for MatrixCare’s products and solutions. The person will be adept at understanding market trends, maintaining product strategy and roadmap, driving solutions from idea to launch and will be accountable for product success

Let’s talk about Responsibilities

• Actively partner with customers, sales, marketing, client success, engineering, design, other product teams, services, training, support, and other cross-functional teams to understand user personas, identify market problems, and create solutions.
• Identify needs and conduct market research to further clarify product strengths and gaps to help feed into future product definitions, document market landscape, and refine product messaging as needed
• Develop, maintain, and communicate product strategy and roadmap to executive leadership, engineering leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensure that product roadmap aligns with company vision and market requirements.
• Own all aspects of product life cycle for assigned product area.
• Identify partnering opportunities for complementary third-party products to broaden company's product line(s). Actively work with partners and MatrixCare business development.
• Develop metrics to determine when to buy, build or partner for product enhancements.
• Articulate core value proposition and competitive advantage to the market by working with marketing to build compelling sales and marketing presentations that help in effectively positioning the products.
• Develop and refine requirements, validate with customers, and key stakeholders.
• Track regulatory changes and deadlines and incorporate updates as needed into product roadmap.
• Conduct research and develop a good understanding of the customer's needs, new technologies, trends in the market, and competitors.
• Be responsible for educating internal teams and customers on product features and releases, and partner with the training organization.
• Measure adoption and utilization of all features, products, and services to determine business value to customers and company. Actively work to increase adoption of new products and features within customer base.

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as healthcare administration, business, or marketing
• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex software products or SaaS solutions.
• Data-driven Decision Making- Strong analytical skills and experience using data and metrics to drive decision-making and product improvements.
• Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Understanding of core marketing and product management principles, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and requirements development
• Previous experience in software product management and agile/scrum development
• Domain experience in healthcare is a big plus
