We are looking for a Data Entry/Typist 100 Remote (Part Time) to work with an important Washington company.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately convert text from images into Word files.
- Manage and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Enter and update data in various systems and databases.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of data.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and other Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work hours that fit your schedule.
Requirements:
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative support preferred.
