Requirements

  • Proven track record with at least 3+ years of successful experience in Shipping, Forwarding, IT, and Automotive Company (ATPM, Spareparts, Distribution, etc.)
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills to effectively present and sell products or services.
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM software for tracking and managing sales activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets within specified timeframes.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the capability to establish and nurture client connections.
  • Familiarity with market trends and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
