Luminary Group, a leading consultancy specializing in temporary staffing solutions for the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries, is seeking a skilled and motivated Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in sourcing and attracting top talent for temporary positions within these specialized sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for temporary staffing roles in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries.
  • Source, attract, and screen candidates with the required qualifications, skills, and experience for temporary positions.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech sectors.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their temporary staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment strategies and solutions.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, reference checks, and background screenings of candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal quality standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech sectors.
  • Manage and maintain accurate candidate and client data in recruitment systems.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in temporary staffing or within the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industries.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in temporary positions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong ability to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
