The Opportunity

We are on the lookout for a Marketing Operations expert with solid Marketing experience, a strong focus on analysis and great project management skills to join our Marketing team, helping us maximize our people, process and technology to realize the full potential of Yodeck's game-changing digital signage solutions. This role is pivotal in planning and executing initiatives across the marketing team to amplify growth and meet our goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Oversee project management for the Marketing team, ensuring that the platform (ClickUp) is correctly utilized across the team, with fitting tasks, milestones etc. Produce reports to highlight process issues and make recommendations to address.
  • Planning/ Performance: Support setting of OKRs and KPIs for Marketing Team each quarter. Collaborate with the marketing team leads to monitor progress and produce monthly All Hands reports, detailing initiatives each team will utilize to maintain growth or close any gaps.
  • Budget/ Expenses: Oversee marketing program budget (media, software, events, agencies etc): create line item detail on each activity (cost, term, renewal). Monitor core contracts (contractors, agencies etc) to ensure terms are being met and escalate underperformance to address. Undertake reviews of efficiency/effectiveness of major cost items, e.g. media spend.
  • Customer & Trade Events: Coordinate our attendance at trade shows and other customer events. Research venues, book space and project manage the logistics: stand designs / graphics / build, giveaways / merchandise, staff travel (air, hotel, restaurants) etc. Those events may include 2 customer summits per year, 1 major trade show (Spain) and 3-4 vertical trade shows to support ABM
  • Corporate & Team Bonding Events: Organize and execute company events managed by the HR department, including team-building activities, corporate gatherings, and celebrations. Coordinate logistics, monitor event budgets, and ensure seamless communication with vendors and attendees to create successful and engaging events.
  • General Assistance: Create management reports, handle project management/company-wide team-building activities, and promote them where appropriate through social media and other digital channels.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience of working in a high velocity Marketing or Sales team in B2B SaaS / Cloud-Computing business or other High Tech business.
  • Track record of effective event project management for small and large teams, coordinating the publishing content on social media and other channels.
  • High attention to detail. Possessing the skills to plan, manage/monitor multiple projects using platforms such as Jira / ClickUp, setting tasks with clear delivery milestones.
  • Fully conversant with advanced spreadsheet management (Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel). Proven ability to analyze core metrics to determine key performance signals.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience of working with Finance departments to monitor 3rd party contracts and highlight any delinquency/action required.
  • Confident communicator (in English), with the ability to compile concise presentations and brief key stakeholders across the business (Marketing, Sales and Product).
