Solution Engineer - Test Data

What you will be doing

Do you want to be part of our exciting solution rebuild? We will transition into a more modern Test Data Management (TDM) solution. Instead of developing our own solution we will leverage the benefit of using a standard solution and develop it to our needs and requirements. We will add more value to our customers by proactively providing consistent test data. Join us on our journey!

You will be part of a professional Agile team responsible for providing tools for test data creation and de-identification that enable other SEB development teams to easily test their solutions. You will share your responsibilities with other team members.

As Solution Engineer in our Test Data team, you will be responsible for:

• Implement a new modern Test Data Management solution
• Administrate, configure, and maintain the new solution
• Maintain current solutions during the transition period and support stakeholders (internal SEB development teams)
• Providing guidance for the teams to prepare the right test data for their testing

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• At least 1 – 2 years of experience in Java and database development
• Technical background as a solution developeror solution engineer
• Experience working with containers and both Linux and Windows OS
• Ability to analyze and structure system dependencies
• A proactive, self-driven problem-solving personality, ability to take leadership and eagerness to take ownership
• A curious, team player mindset, willingness to develop yourself, share your knowledge and help, support teammates
• Fluency in English and good communication skills, being able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and roles

Also, it would be advantageous to possess:

• Experience working with Test Data Management (TDM) solutions like, K2view, Delphix, Datprof or similar
• Experience with database architecture and design
• Experience in bash scripting and automation
• Experience in developing with Angular
• Experienced with testing and knowledge of what kind of test data is required
• Technical knowledge in how to build and run applications for different platforms, experience in working with containers (Docker, OpenShift), infrastructure as code, automation and continuous integration
• Good understanding about DevOps and the Cloud technology to create effective and future proof solutions
• Experience in an enterprise environment (preferably financial or IT sectors)

€3,500 - €5,300 a month

The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
