We are seeking highly skilled Lead Salesforce Developer to join our growing practice. As a seasoned professional in Salesforce implementation and customization, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions tailored to meet our clients' business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse business requirements, and translate those requirements into customized solutions using the Salesforce platform.

• Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices and perform peer code reviews.

• Should be strong with typical Salesforce implementations including custom platform development (Apex, Lightning Components, Apps, Mobile, and Custom front ends, etc.), integrations with other systems (often through the use of middleware tools), and complex data migrations.

• Customize solutions adhering to the Salesforce Governor Limits.

• Design steps and modules, define timelines and identify and resolve issues.

• Testing the stability and functionality of the application.

• Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.

• Design and Develop custom objects, components, triggers, flows, and pages.

• Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.

• Experienced in Leading the Project and guiding the team.

• Develop and Maintain Project Documentation and ensure Knowledge Transition to the Customer team.

• Experienced in Client Interactions and maintaining positive Client experience.

• Ensure adherence to the Project timelines.

• Analyze Customer Feedback at regular intervals and identify process improvements to improve the CSAT.

• Provide Management with regular updates on the Project, and proactively flag issues and mitigation plans.

• Good to have - Develop OmniStudio (Vlocity) applications building Omniscripts using Integration Procedures, Data Mappers, Flexcards, Calculation Procedures, etc.

Resource Management/Process:

• Act as a mentor and guide the team in their professional growth.

• Good to have experience in Project Resource Planning and Task allocation.

• Participate in Management discussions in planning the L&D.

• Plan and Participate in the training/demos.

Credentials:

• Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification

• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification

• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification

• Salesforce JavaScript Developer Certification (Preferred)

• Salesforce Administrator Certification

• Salesforce OmniStudio Developer Certification (Good to have)

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

• 8+ years of experience with application and software development.

• Experience in developing customer-facing interfaces

• Strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex is required.

• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms with experience working on Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.

• Good to have experience working on Salesforce Industry Clouds.

• Proficient in SOQL, Flows, JavaScript, Native, and Visual Force.

• Very Good Communication skills.

• Ability to solve high-level software and application issues.

• Good understanding of SFDC, SCRUM, and Salesforce Project Execution process.

• Active in Salesforce Communities and have an interest in Upskilling.
