What is our proposal?

At Exoticca, we are looking to disrupt the travel industry and create a category leader in the extraordinary travels space (consisting of multi-day tour packages). The partnerships team is responsible for one of our key marketing channel groups, driving traffic and sales to Exoticca via third party marketing channels. As Partnerships Manager you will lead the team responsible for managing the relationship with our 3rd party marketing partners. Working across the organization, you will own the planning and management of our publications calendar of which products we will promote and to which audiences via various platforms such as Travelzoo.

What will you do?

  • Negotiating rates and terms of relationship with our various existing marketing partners as well as sourcing new, scalable partnerships to collaborate with.
  • Analysis of campaigns, product and partner performance to optimize our planning strategy and effectively invest and monitor our marketing budget .
  • Work with other internal stakeholders such as our Travel Product, Marketing Insights and Creative departments to manage and maintain our publications calendar ensuring a high publication intensity with a strong focus on achieving and maintaining a healthy ROI.
  • Forecasting and managing budgets and revenue performance for Partnerships team.

Requirements

  • +6 years of digital experience in leading teams to deliver ambitious objectives via marketing partnerships
  • Experience in building profitable long-term collaborations.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Negotiation, commercial and marketing skills are a must.
  • Must be self-motivated, organized, proactive, team player, hands-on and results-driven.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).
