About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst who will share our passion to contribute to a better online world. As part of the CSM Finance team, we offer you an excellent opportunity to improve our Customer Retention.

In this role you will support the CSM (customer success) finance senior director in managing all of the bookings and costs reporting, forecasting and budgeting. You will be the teams’ focal point to deliver accurate and insightful reporting with crisp commentary on over $3bn of annual revenue as well as consolidating and controlling the entire directorate costs.

What You Will Do in This Role

• The CSM bookings reporting is a key tool that’s used to present to the CEO and CFO weekly and this role will coordinate it’s production by the CSM Finance team, ensuring timely delivery and insightful commentary
• Grow and develop the reporting to enable better understanding of the business and to identify issues quickly
• Support the CSM finance senior director in producing Board reporting, quarterly reviews and the annual planning process
• Be the focal point for all cost forecasting and reporting for the division. This will involve working with each of the VPs to understand their costs in detail and using this to produce accurate forecasts as well as controlling the spend to keep within plan.
