Back Office Agent

We are looking for a Back Office Agentfor our Logistics team who is responsible for supporting our Retail business. You will be responsible for supporting all supply chain procedures, from coordinating deliveries to managing shipping documentation.

The position is based in Koropi - Athens.

What you ‘ll do:

• Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)
• Ensure that cancelation, credit and return invoices are completed properly
• Maintain updated records for all necessary documents
• Update the cashier’s report daily and assure that all data are inserted after the completion of delivery
• Cooperate with different teams such as Customer Service, Logistics, Distribution in order to provide high quality of service to our customers

What you ‘ll need:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain would be considered a plus
• Previous experience in working with SAP and ERP would be considered a plus
• Good knowledge of English (written and oral)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving personality
• Availability to commute to Koropi
