We are seeking an experienced Manager of Sales Development to build and scale our first sales development program supporting EMEA. This role requires strong sales leadership skills and experience managing large business development teams. The team will be responsible for generating qualified leads for our Account Executive team while completing a rigorous development program over the course of 18 months.

Responsibilities

  • Provide sales leadership, leveraging experience to drive revenue growth and coach new talent
  • Hire, develop and train motivated sales talent
  • Mentor and coach team of sales development representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Work closely with early careers programs such as universities, careers events etc to build a pipeline of candidates
  • Track KPIs, report on team progress, and use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • Sales Leadership Experience: Minimum 3+ years of leading BDR/SDR teams of 10+, preferably in the technology industry
  • In depth knowledge and experience with MEDDPICC
  • Background supporting multiple different regions
  • Experience with coaching and mentoring SDRs to grow into Account Executives
  • Ability to identify new market opportunities and forge partnerships
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Language speakers preferred
