Working Student - Commercial Legal & Contract Operations

The Team:

You will be part of the Commercial & Product Legal Team within the Celonis Legal & Trust organization. The work you will do will directly contribute to the support of Celonis GTM organization as well as streamline the processes within the Legal Team.

The Role:

As a working student in the Commercial & Product Legal team you will be actively involved in day-to-day operations and contribute towards the achievement of our department goals. Supporting the GTM organization will provide you with an overview of the work of multiple departments and provide ample opportunities for cross-functional collaboration. On a typical day, you will independently answer questions submitted through the internal ticketing system, make decisions when faced with internal approval requests and contribute to ongoing projects as required.

The work you’ll do:

• Independently work on internal approval processes
• Create and track legal KPIs
• Support the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization in contractual inquiries and document reviews
• Draft contractual documents with supervision
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Assist in the development and maintenance of internal legal policies and procedures
• Provide administrative support to the Legal Team as required

The qualifications you need:

• Student in a law degree program, business informatics, economics with relation to law or related field that prepares for cross-functional project management
• Strong interest in technology, business informatics and the intersection of law and business
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Think analytically, be able to adapt to a fast-changing environment, ability to work independently and manage multiple activities at once
• Business fluency in spoken and written English required (any additional language is a plus)
• Demonstrated ability with the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn and gain proficiency in new technologies
• Experience in working with Salesforce / DocuSign is a strong plus
