This is a key front-line role, that drives revenue and builds customer loyalty by delivering an excellent customer experience within Xe’s consumer business.

• Guide and account manage our HNW private customers from initial account opening and understanding of their requirements, through to deal execution and completing their money transfers

• Nurture customer relationships to optimise repeat transactions, ensuring your pipeline and client base is managed efficiently

• Monitor KPIs to optimise daily/monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets and activity levels

• Adhere to standard processes and regulatory requirements – ensuring your actions are in the customers best interests at all times

• Be an active learner, pro-actively develop and grow your understanding of the currency market, and the payment services industry

• Actively engage with your team in coaching and performance discussions, seeing these conversations as an opportunity to continuously improve your personal performance.

• Provide the best possible customer experience in every engagement.

Requirements

• Experience in a revenue generating/sales role.

• Interest in financial services.

• Excellent communication skills, spoken and written.

• Learning mindset.

• Ability to adhere to process.

• Comfortable working in a fast paced, target driven environment.

• Numerate and able to analyze and react to individual/team performance data, in order to optimize performance and revenue generation.

• Ability to work in a global team, sharing best practice and working collaboratively to raise the bar across the organization.
