About the Role – Head of Blockchain Development

The Head of AI Blockchain Development (HoBD) will lead the strategic design, vision, and development of our cutting-edge AI Blockchain (AIVM). This role is pivotal to successfully implementing and advancing our blockchain projects, including creating and managing a dedicated development team. As a senior leadership role, the HoBD will ensure that our AI Blockchain initiatives are at the forefront of technological innovation and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Design & Vision:

• Vision Development: Create and maintain a forward-thinking roadmap for the AI Blockchain that aligns with company goals and market trends.

• Innovation Leadership: Identify opportunities for innovation and improvements in blockchain technology and integrate these into the development process.

• Technical Strategy: Define the technical architecture and standards for the AI Blockchain ecosystem.

• Technology Leadership & Team Management:

• Research & Development: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices, integrating relevant advancements into the AI Blockchain ecosystem.

• Team Assembly: Recruit, hire, and onboard top AI Blockchain R&D and development team talent.

• Mentorship: Provide ongoing mentorship and career development opportunities for team members.

• Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure team members meet their goals.

• Development & Implementation:

• Project Oversight: Oversee multiple development projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing and validation procedures to ensure the reliability and security of blockchain applications.

• Technical Expertise:

• Blockchain Development: Lead the development of smart contracts, consensus algorithms, and other blockchain-specific components.

• AI Integration: Oversee the integration of AI and machine learning technologies into the blockchain ecosystem to enhance functionality and performance.

• Scalability & Performance: Ensure blockchain solutions are scalable and performant to meet the growing needs of the business.

Requirements

• Educational Background: PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in blockchain frameworks, smart contract development, and related technologies.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Python, JavaScript, etc.

• Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their integration with blockchain.
