Responsibilities:
- Enhance customer satisfaction in the quality sector.
- Communicate specific customer requirements regarding quality matters.
- Serve as the primary customer contact for all quality-related issues, providing prompt responses and services.
- Manage or coordinate customer communication for complaints, FA status, and 8D reports.
- Collaborate with customers to reduce non-NXP cause complaints.
- Verify field failures for customer complaints.
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in an electronics engineering-related field.

3-5 years of experience in Semiconductor area FAE and FQE.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical abilities.

Capability to work independently and as part of a team.

Understanding of device and ECU test philosophies is preferred.

Fluent in both spoken and written English.

Good grasp of analog and digital measuring techniques.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to support customers, including short-notice travel.
