WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
As the Brand Planning & Operations Senior within GC Jordan Marketing team, you will be responsible for setting and aligning our priorities across the brand in partnership with the marketing internal team and x-function teams, aligning enterprise leadership to make our biggest opportunities a reality, and spearheading ground-breaking projects across Jordan and Nike’s diverse businesses.
You will have the ability and initiation to work with non-routine information and develop recommendations for ideas or services. You will have skills to develop and manage operational initiatives to deliver tactical results. Problem solving skills are essential to implement solutions with the ability to foresee most future implications, as is having the required skills to understand complex work, such as in-depth knowledge or conceptual thinking.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Together with your teammates, you will work and align on long-term and seasonal strategies and on-going operations to allow the Marketing team to execute with excellence. Stewarding the effective and efficient management of Jordan brand priorities and budget. You will be responsible for creating systems, processes and tools that positively impact productivity, profitability, accountability, and the service of the greater marketing organization.
The role takes the lead for marketing in critical enterprise process (CODE) and marketing functional moments and milestones, ensuring clarity in our marketing direction, clear decisions that enable our priorities to be structured and implemented, and measurement of our brand performance that fuels continuous learning and improvement.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
This role works directly with the Jordan Brand Team and a variety of cross functional partners within Marketing, Marketplace, and Merchandise team. You will serve as key partner across the Marketing Leadership team, organising the operations of our brand initiatives. This role serves as a key point of contact and liaison for the GC Brand Planning & Operations team.
