Consultant: SAP Ariba & SAP Fieldglass (Mid-Level)

In this dual role, you'll be a valuable asset, functioning as a bridge between business needs and the technical capabilities of both SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass. You'll play a key role in configuring, customizing and optimizing these solutions to empower companies to achieve their strategic goals.

Here's a breakdown of your potential responsibilities:

SAP Ariba:

• Implementation and Configuration: Work with clients to assess their procurement processes, identify improvement areas and configure Ariba modules (Buying, Contract, Invoicing, SLP/Risk, Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management) based on best practices.
• Process Optimization and Training: Analyze client workflows and recommend improvements leveraging SAP Ariba functionalities. Develop training materials and conduct user sessions for effective platform utilization.
• Support and Change Management: Provide ongoing support post-implementation, address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues and manage change effectively through clear communication and user adoption strategies.
• Data Management: Develop data migration strategies to populate SAP Ariba with accurate and relevant data, ensuring seamless data flow through integrations with existing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM).

SAP Fieldglass:

• Configuration and Customization: Analyze client requirements and configure SAP Fieldglass to streamline workflows for managing contingent workers, including requisitioning, contract management, timesheet tracking and compliance.
• Vendor Management: Configure and manage vendor profiles within SAP Fieldglass, facilitating communication and collaboration with external service providers, while ensuring information accuracy and compliance.
• Contingent Workforce Management: Work with stakeholders to define contingent workforce needs and translate them into requisitions within SAP Fieldglass. You might also be involved in sourcing qualified workers and potentially managing their lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, timesheets).
• Reporting and Analytics: Leverage SAP Fieldglass reporting tools to generate insights on vendor performance, worker productivity and project costs. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven decisions to optimize workforce management.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• C1 German (written and spoken), C1 English (written and spoken)
• 3-5 years of experience in implementing and configuring SAP Ariba and/or SAP Fieldglass solutions (or similar procurement/VMS systems)
• Strong understanding of functionalities, modules, and best practices for both SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass
• Experience in business process analysis and optimization
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in project management methodologies
