We're an international media company seeking a proactive Accounting Associate to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Global Financial Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our financial integrity and supporting our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Operations: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes with accuracy and efficiency.

• Reconciliation: Perform GL and bank account reconciliations to ensure financial transparency and compliance.

• Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative assistance to maintain organized financial records.

• Night Shift Commitment: Dedicate Monday to Friday nights (9pm to 6am) to support our global operations.

Requirements:

• Experience: Bring at least 1 year of accounting experience and proficiency in accounting software to the role.

• Skills: Demonstrate strong attention to detail, proficiency in spreadsheets, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
