What you will do:

• Provide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails
• Send statements to customers by retrieving invoices from the system and sending them out
• Check for overdue invoices from the client’s customers.
• Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
• Meet team KPIs
• Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
• Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
• Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
• Basic to intermediate understanding of accounting
• Experience in customer service
• Analytical and research skills
• Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Will be a great plus:

• Dergee in accounting
• Experience with CRM systems
