We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our team at our European Headquarters in Oegstgeest. As a valued member of this international team, you will play a key role in managing our Rebate tool and providing essential reporting and analytical support to our European Sales and Marketing organization and internal Finance department.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Rebate process to ensure accuracy in forecasting, accruals, and payouts, while proactively identifying process efficiencies.
• Collaborating with the Sales team to ensure customer trends are accurately reflected in our rebate accrual process.
• Acting as the subject matter expert for our rebate tool, managing technical upgrades and enhancements
• Assisting the controlling organization with SOX-related activities to ensure adherence to policies and procedures outlined in the Financial Policy Manual for the rebate process.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into insightful dashboards and reports that support our self-service Business Intelligence strategy.

Requirements

What we expect from you! - Your Expertise:

• A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance or a related field such as Business Economics or Statistics.
• 2-4 years of experience in Finance, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience in Rebate management forecasting is desirable but not required
• Proficiency in using computers and related software for financial tasks, including spreadsheet formulas, data extraction, and model validation.
• A strong affinity for analytical systems and experience using Business Intelligence technology from a financial perspective. Experience with Cognos or Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to cross-functional teams and work well with all levels of management.
