WHY WE NEED YOU? GLAD YOU ASKED...

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Coordinator, Data & Ad Tech that will work with Sales Operations team to provide sales coordination, supporting different departments and Business Units, as well as playing an integral part in closing monthly billing procedures. This role will bring structure and facilitate project management, tracking, and project completion.

Please note, this is a Contract role until January 2025

WHAT'S THE DAY TO DAY LIKE?

  • Working with the Data & Adtech team to deeply understand and become an expert on Pelmorex’s data & adtech product suite.
  • Is the organizational and process management hub for the Sales Operations team, executing tasks that keep the business running on time.
  • Understands structure and processes and can identify and implement improvements to process execution.
  • Supports our Client Partners, Client Engagement specialists, and Account managers with various department tasks pertaining to client work fulfillment.
  • Leveraging expertise to provide compelling post campaign insights and reporting.
  • Maintain, update, and close monthly billing procedures.
  • Collaborates with team members and other departments behind the scenes to own and organize the workflow using a proactive approach.
  • Undertake specialized cross-functional projects to support the leadership team.

WE ARE HOPING YOU HAVE:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing coordinator/project management (or similar) role.
  • Proficient in Excel, Project management Tools (Such as Jira/Trello etc) and CRM platform (Netsuite etc).
  • Outstanding organization and great attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative to improve workflow.
  • Excellent communication skills, whether in-person, on video calls, or through emails and Slack messages.
  • A hunger to learn and improve your skills.
  • You love the idea of being the backbone of a specialized team that runs at high velocity. You are comfortable working in a fast-moving organization with ambitious goals that don’t shy away from challenges.
