MadLab, a remote-based company, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Recruiter to join our team. As a Remote Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our team and culture.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g. job boards, social media, networking) to attract qualified candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Collect and analyze feedback from interviews to facilitate the decision-making process
- Manage the hiring process, including negotiating job offers and onboarding candidates
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future openings
Requirements
- Proficient in English, with advanced writing skills at the college level.
- Prior experience as a recruiter, either in-house or agency
- Strong knowledge of various recruitment methods and tools
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to recruiting
