Requirements

How you’d spend your day:

• Collaborating with Design, Product, Research, Content and Engineering teams to integrate design seamlessly throughout the product development process. Applying design principles to address a diverse range of customer needs and business requirements within an agile environment.
• Influencing the entire design process (end-to-end). You'll take intricate criteria and problems from start to finish, transforming them into final solutions using prototyping and testing. You'll work across different design fidelities and deliver high-quality, usable UI solutions and systems. Additionally, you will assist the team with user research and UX analysis activities (as needed).
• Effectively communicating and documenting your design decisions to foster collaboration and understanding.
• Working with design team members and other stakeholders to identify data-informed product opportunities and design solutions that add value to both customers and the business.
• Contributing to the evolution of our design system and utilizing it in the delivery process for digital products (across mobile-web and desktop platforms).
• Giving and soliciting feedback from the broader team to continually improve quality.
• Contributing to strategic decisions regarding the future direction of various digital products, and our user-centered design approach.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in roles such as UX/UI Designer - Product Designer.
• High English level that will be assessed at interview by the Talent Team.
• Agility of response and teamwork.
• Passionate about seeing the impact of design, not just executing tasks.
• Experience in creating and delivering features/products in an agile environment.
• Interaction design experience, including the use of prototyping tools to demonstrate flow and interaction dynamics based on people's needs and scalability considerations.
• Visual design experience: demonstrating proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography, and aesthetic sense.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable using Figma for designs and prototyping.
• Design portfolio showcasing real-world case studies. Please refer to the portfolio submission guidelines below.

• Have prior experience with design systems.
• Have experience in facilitating design workshops.
• Have experience with user research activities.
• Have experience identifying opportunities, and making impactful decisions for both users and the business.

Portfolio submission guidelines:

Your portfolio should include at least 1-2 case studies from real projects you’ve worked on in a UX/UI design role. Each case study should cover the following:

• The challenge.
• Your specific role on the project.
• The approach and methods you used.
• Specific design problems you identified & solved from both user and business perspectives.
• Some of the key learnings.
