Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated UI/UX Designer to join our team. As an UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring user satisfaction by creating well-designed interfaces and intuitive user experiences. One of your main goals is to collaborate with the different stakeholders, like business owners, product owners, functional analyst and technical team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting interviews with users in order to fully understand the customer journey and persona's.
• Creation of UX and UI solutions for internal platforms and customer portals.
• Implementation and development of visual concepts based on responsive design.
• Further development and optimization of front-end technologies.
• Finding a smooth flow of activities as a solution to the problem.
• Designing wire frames and prototypes.
• Creating interface components such as buttons, search fields, menus, tabs and others.
• Working in an iterative manner in order to incorporate customer feedback.
• Collaborating regularly with stakeholders, the Product Owners, Business Owners and Development teams.
• Taking ownership and doing close follow up on project/s assigned, ensuring targets are met.

Educational / Skill / Experience Requirements

• Successfully completed a degree or training in the field of interaction design, information design, communication design or similar and have several years of experience as an user interface and user experience designer for digital products.
• Have relevant experience in working with design guidelines, pattern libraries and the application of human interface/material design guidelines.
• Good Knowledge in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Work creatively, structured, and independently and are not afraid to question ideas and concepts to achieve the best result considering a holistic user experience.
• Excellent knowledge of responsive web design and graphic design confidence.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in working in Agile squads. Working in international environment is considered as a plus.
• Being a team player and flexible.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and writing).
• Proactive, autonomous and takes initiative.
• Someone who will always keep the end user in mind.
• Someone who is result driven, and for whom making a deadline is a challenge.
