We are looking for driven, entrepreneurial, high achieving and high potential individuals to join our Strategy & Consulting Supply Chain practice with a focus on driving sales and delivery of large-scale ERP led business transformations programs for global clients. The role must bring Industry and supply chain business advisory in at least of one the areas (Sourcing & procurement, Planning, Manufacturing and Logistics Management along with large scale ERP and Platforms transformation with a particular focus on SAP S/4 or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP This includes being able to work with Supply Chain leadership and teams to shape the Strategy and Vision,

The Strategy & Consulting Senior Manager role will be part of our UKI Supply Chain & Operations executive team and bolster our sales and delivery capabilities on large, global Business led ERP transformation projects. As part of this role, you will combine developing and leading client engagements with acting as mentors and coaches to our wider consulting team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Ability to engage with senior supply chain business stakeholders as part of large-scale ERP led Business transformation programs.
  • Articulating the business value of technology enabled Supply Chain transformations and managing the interlock between business and technology teams.
  • Bringing leading Industry and Supply Chain thought leadership and making it relevant for the client’s business strategic objectives.
  • Managing client engagements spanning Supply Chain ERP strategy through design and implementation, with a focus on Supply Chain optimization.
  • Leading business development initiatives, identifying and researching opportunities within both new and existing client landscapes.
  • Demonstrating adept problem-solving skills by delivering tailored solutions across the entirety of the supply chain spectrum, while serving as a trusted Subject Matter Expert for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Providing functional consultancy expertise in at least one of the supply chain domains (procurement, planning, manufacturing, or logistics) in the context of an SAP S/4HANA or Oracle ERP transformation
  • Proactively contributing to the management of a client portfolio.
  • Orchestrating multi-location teams to deliver in in line with client objectives.
  • Exercising financial acumen in the oversight and control of client engagements.
  • Developing project strategies to address technical challenges encountered by clients.
  • Steering the management and execution of large-scale projects, from team development and risk assessment to final review and quality assurance.
  • Shaping and executing projects with a commitment to surpassing client expectations and internal quality benchmarks.
  • Mentoring, coaching, and supervising team members to foster professional growth.
  • Establishing thought leadership within the Digital Core community and supply chain domains through continuous learning and knowledge dissemination.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in consulting and functional delivery across two or more SAP supply chain business processes, encompassing Design, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Delivery.
  • Proven track record of leading at least 2-3 end-to-end implementations within SAP S/4HANA or Oracle cloud ERP projects, showcasing adeptness in project execution and delivery.
  • Established background in management consulting and advisory roles.
  • Comprehensive understanding of key supply chain processes across various streams.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams across multiple geographic locations.
  • Strong understanding in one or more SAP Modules (such as PP, MM, PM, EWM, IBP or Ariba) or equivalent modules in Oracle Fusion SaaS
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build ‘Trusted Adviser’ relationships with board level and senior stakeholders.
  • The successful candidate will be a business-focused Supply Chain ERP transformation professional with a passion for developing a rapidly growing our Digital Core community within UKI’s Supply Chain Strategy and Consulting practice.
  • Establishing thought leadership within the Digital Core community and supply chain domains through continuous learning and knowledge dissemination.

  • 8+ years Business consulting and project delivery experience including delivery to agreed scope, time scales and budgets from a top tier consulting company or blue-chip organisation in the context of large scale business transformations
  • Show your active participation in the Supply Chain and Operations Digital Core community and bring thought leadership contributions, such as publishing articles, speaking at industry events, or leading workshops that advance the understanding and application of ERP in supply chain transformations. This demonstrates not only expertise but also a commitment to shaping the future of ERP implementations.
