Product Owner

In order to continuously bring this vision to life, our Product team is here to act as a bridge between our Business, Users and Tech team, by combining the business goals with our users’ needs and turning them into strategy and new product features that help efood grow further.

We are currently searching for an experienced Product Owner for our Consumer Marketplace product team with the mission to create a fast, reliable, and transparent experience for our users working hand-in-hand with our talented developers! You will be technically fluent to collaborate with the tech team on assessing complexities and break them down into actionable steps that drive results, and you will own the sprint execution process.

As a member of a multi-functional Product team, you will be responsible to align the development teams towards the company goals and be the main interface between the product and the tech team.

This position offers room for exponential growth within the organization and in order to succeed you should be a creative problem solver, with analytical mindset and strong communication skills.

What you'll do:

• Own the execution of the strategic plan by facilitating cross-team collaboration and participating in the rituals of the dev team.
• Be the interface between Product and Tech & Business teams to identify pain points, needs, challenges & opportunities in the marketplace vertical.
• Turn requirements into the artifacts that developers need to get new features (user stories, process maps, workflows).
• Analyze data and internal feedback to build solid business cases to support and justify feature development.
• Actively contribute to the quality assurance process.
• Provide documentation & train stakeholders how to use new features effectively.
• Research about best practices, emerging technologies & trends in the online marketplace industry.

What you'll need:

• Minimum 2 years previous experience in the product management domain preferably in the online marketplace field or other relevant B2C industry
• B.S degree in IT, Business, Data or any other relevant field
• Understanding of the concept of an online marketplace (aggregator) business
• Excellent story writing skills
• Experience in working and collaborating with cross-functional teams with strong sense of stakeholder management
• Excellent eye for detail and self-drive to find solutions to problems
• Superior analytical skills and a strong sense of urgency and ownership in your work
• Strong communication and collaboration skills (English is a must)

Nice to have:

• Understanding of technical architecture of complex, highly scalable, distributed, real-time applications
• Prior experience as a developer
• Experience using Agile frameworks like Scrum
