🌟 Vitrue’s mission is to eliminate musculoskeletal pain for tens of millions of people (think back or neck pain, sports injuries, arthritis and other chronic conditions etc). We strive to enrich our users’ lives, empowering them to do what they love – from playing their favourite sport to enjoying quality time with their friends and families.

💻 Our workplace wellbeing platform, VIDA, tackles musculoskeletal pain, whether from sitting at your desk, poor technique in a golf swing or from a pre-existing condition. It uses motion capture and clinical diagnostic technology to understand each user’s’risk factors and provides personalised support to reduce or avoid pain. We’ve got happy clients spanning multiple sectors across 27 countries (including Bupa, the NHS, Accurx and Campari)

🏆 We’re funded by some of the UK’s leading investors and we’re extremely excited about what’s coming in our next chapter. We’ll be launching a wide array of new clinical tools to help all kinds of MSK pain and conditions. We’ve got 15 people in the team and we’re doubling this year.

The role - Senior Account Executive

We want to eliminate pain for tens of millions of people and we need a world class team to help us do it. For VIDA to change how we treat MSK pain, we need to get it in the hands of millions of users which is why we’re looking for an outstanding individual to join as an Account Executive. Your role will be to create a pipeline of world class organisations that want to proactively improve the quality of life of their employees (while also leveraging extremely strong employer regulatory obligations to close deals).

Your role will be to find and close new opportunities with some of the world’s best employers. You’ll be directly helping us to achieve our vision of reducing pain at 600 companies by 2026.

Day to day you’ll spend your time:

  • Finding and qualifying: This year our AE team will be 3 people with an enormous TAM across the world. You, with the help of a dedicated SDR partner and inbound lead gen team, will be responsible for building a strong pipeline (usually of companies with 1,000 - 5,000 employees) to help us meet our goal and sail past quota.:
  • Nurturing: You’ll walk your deals through our sales pipeline including gathering all of the relevant stakeholders along the way. You’ll have the support of our content team to help with any specific materials that can help you throughout.
  • Closing: Your world class sales process will end with closing opportunities to meet your targets. As one of the early sales team you’ll enjoy the full support of the company leadership and whatever resources you need to close the deal or land and expand.
  • Collaborating with others across the team - particularly
    • Customer Success to ensure successful implementation of our program, as well as upsells / cross-sells.
    • Marketing to ensure we have a well-oiled lead gen/conversion machine
    • Content on new sales materials as well as sales decks and proposals for qualified sales opportunities
  • Mentoring: You’ll have a dedicated SDR who you can mentor and guide to help you generate amazing opportunities.
  • We are looking for someone who can demonstrate that they have the experience to join a fast-moving start up and deliver significant growth. You’ll have the influence to optimise our processes and create the best possible sales environment and systems.

We’d love to hear from you if….

  • You have a demonstrative track record in B2B SaaS sales qualified with 5 years of consistent forecasting and performance against targets in a closing role.
  • You have a track record of managing a high volume of sales activity
  • You have experience selling to all size organisations including deals of at least £30k in annual contract value across multiple sectors
  • You’ve sold across the entire sales cycle
  • You are confident, have excellent storytelling skills and the ability to explain the complex in a simple way, so anyone can understand you
  • You're mission-driven: you care about positively impacting the lives of millions
  • You’re always collaborating: you place team success over personal success and you enjoy working in an open, collaborative environment.
  • You demonstrate responsible ownership: when you see something not working, you'll flag it and be part of the solution
  • You seek continuous improvement: you’re always developing new skills and insights, while exploring ways to do things better

Nice to haves:

  • Experience selling an employee wellbeing or HR product or experience of selling into HR departments
  • Experience in a high growth startup company
  • Network of people to sell into
  • Passion for wellbeing, particularly musculoskeletal health. Lots of our team have either experienced or know someone close to them who have experienced MSK pain and know what it's like

Salary:

  • £60-80k base + £60-80k commission package (commission uncapped!)
