Type: Full-Time; Hybrid In-Office 3 days/Remote 2 days

Compensation: $45,000 annually, plus overtime and monthly bonus potential

What you'll need:

You know your way around a computer and thrive on getting things done. You can switch between multiple applications to complete a task and quickly jump to the next. You work with pride and determination. Thinking critically and creatively to solve problems is a breeze, likely because you may have previously worked in a hotel, restaurant, school or retail store.

What you’ll do:

Our interview process is designed to help us determine whether you’ll thrive best with our members or our brokers, but either way, delivering exceptional service is the priority:

  • Quickly respond to member or broker inquiries via phone, email text and live chat, making it easy for them to work with us
  • Provide support for billing inquiries, policy changes, renewal inquiries, and our online portal with ease and accuracy

An average day:

Well, there’s nothing average about PURE, but you’ll start and end your day at the same time every day during training and post training you’ll have an assigned shift for your 40-hour work week. During busier seasons, you’ll always have the opportunity to contribute more and be rewarded with overtime pay. You’ll have different daily assignments, so you don’t get bored. And there will always be time for personal and professional development.

First and foremost, PURE starts by setting YOU up for success! Services Associates take part in a comprehensive paid onboarding program that will prepare you to confidently work with our members or brokers. You’ll also receive a complete set of home office equipment to make you comfortable when you work remotely.

Starting Salary:
This role begins with a $45,000 starting salary. After onboarding, you are immediately eligible for overtime and the monthly $500 Exceptional Performance bonus that has no cap on the number of winners! You will also be regularly considered for salary increases every six months with continued overtime opportunities.

Commuter Support:
Commuting can be expensive. That’s why we offer additional support of $100 per month to those who commute into a PURE office three days or more a week.
