The Opportunity

The Web Designer on our marketing team will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and high-converting websites for Maropost’s suite of B2B SaaS brands. As a member of our web team and our resident UX/UI expert, you will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to design user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing web experiences that drive engagement and conversions. Your expertise will help shape the online presence of our brand and support our growth objectives.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and develop visually appealing, responsive, and high-converting websites.

• Own site design for multiple Maropost web properties, employing an evidence-based approach to user research, layout, and design.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and collaborate with stakeholders.

• Optimize website designs for user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) to ensure seamless navigation and interaction.

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve website performance and user satisfaction.

• Stay up to date with UX/UI and web design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our web design practices are current and competitive.

• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and troubleshoot any design-related issues.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system and style guide.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of professional web design experience with an emphasis on UX/UI, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

• Proven experience building wireframes and designing high-converting websites for B2B audiences.

• Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, and similar.

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Webflow, or similar.

• Knowledge of product-led growth (PLG) methodologies and how they influence web design.

• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices and how they relate to web design.

• Experience owning research and data-driven web design processes for maximum user engagement and conversion.

• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure and optimize website performance.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
