ATMaaS Product Manager, Enterprise Architecture

POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

At NCR Atleos we continue to evolve our Solutions to meet the new and challenging demands of the FI services marketplace. As Product Manager, Enterprise Architecture, the qualified candidate will own aspects of our Solution offer, supporting the solution/product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with internal/external business partners to deliver winning products. You would work across functions to understand the wider architectural strategy and direction, provide architectural governance, technical leadership and implementation management oversight. This role includes working globally with Sales, IT/engineering, PS, and Service Operations to deliver consistent, efficient, effective offers and solutions to our customers in line with our specified customer service outcomes and banking strategy. The position would benefit from an understanding of the Global Financial Self Service and payments Market, specifically ATM’s, the industry, customer and competition.

• The ability to think strategically but also a willingness to work at a detailed level and do what it takes to enable business growth and process improvement.
• Drive multiple programmes to enable and ultimately create demand and grow revenue and margin.
• Develop and maintain an Enterprise Architecture to translate the ATMaaS and Owned Network strategy into a well-defined execution path, using appropriate analysis, planning, design, and implementation methods.
• Define and manage the solution reference architecture(s) for our ATMaaS solution and offers globally in partnership with key stakeholders such as IT/SW engineering, PS, Service Operations, etc.
• Drive ATMaaS Enterprise Architectural Review Board process to ensure changes and new solution components align from and to the wider NCR Atleos technology and architecture strategies.
• Pro-active engagement on new deals as they move through Sales Engagement cycle, working across functions including Sales, PreSales and Service Architects, Mgd Services, Ops, IT, Engineering and Product Mgt colleagues.
• Facilitate sales/customer education, ensure compliance with the reference/target architecture(s) and review any and all proposed deviations to the agreed architecture models.
• Participate with functional teams to triage production outages and carry forward action items to improve ongoing reliability in context of the solution architecture as required.
• Analyse complex customer requirements and propose solutions in new areas and domains, required to enhance customer's and NCR’s competitive position.
• Proactively collaborate across functions to drive continuous improvement, simplification, convergence and standardisation of our reference and target architectures, solution design, technology stack, tools, processes, practices and delivery infrastructure.
• Pro-actively participate in knowledge sharing communities internally and externally.

The following specific experience would be advantageous:

• Knowledge of NCR or ATM Deployer product platforms and solutions and/or knowledge of operating an ATM Estate would be an advantage.
• Technical knowledge of ATM and ATM deployment infrastructure and the payments industry.
• TOGAF and Archimate certified, or using these or equivalent frameworks and willing to work towards certification.
• ITIL certification or experience of working within an ‘ITIL’ organisation.
• Working flexibly across multiple geographies and time zones.
• An understanding of cloud native applications and associated infrastructure, including utilization of cloud infrastructure and working in a multi-cloud environment and private/public cloud model.
• An understanding of the Product Life Cycle Management process or an equivalent process with experience in phase gate presentations and Business Case creation.
• Supporting NCR’s global sales organization for solution training, sales strategy, customer presentations and RFP responses.
• Supporting development, pilot, onboarding, deployment and entry in to new markets with our owned and managed network or ATMaaS offers.
• Representing the wider team as required on key calls/meetings e.g. Security, SRTs, Solution Assurance, Deal Reviews.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 6-8 years of related experience
• TOGAF certification, if not, experience of using this or an equivalent framework
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Demonstrated collaboration, influencing and leadership skills as you work with multiple cross functional and global teams
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proven track record of delivering results
• Successfully managed complex programs across multiple organizations
