The Digital Communications team within GC is where innovation and collaboration converge to redefine healthcare communications. Our core mission is to vividly bring Roche’s strategy and purpose - 'Doing now what patients need next' - to life, leveraging a wide array of digital channels. From orchestrating compelling integrated campaigns to harnessing the power of digital platforms for deep insights, our work is integral to building trust with key stakeholders, enhancing our brand reputation, and creating a supportive ecosystem for our business.
Your opportunities
The Digital Communications Intern is responsible for providing agile support to priority digital campaigns and business activity. You will rotate around the different disciplines within the team.

Partner with Digital Strategy / Campaign Managers to support the planning and execution of digital activities for different divisions of Roche (communications, scientific disciplines, marketing teams)

Help to keep best practice and guidance documents up-to-date and in the hands of communications colleagues across the world

Support colleagues with training, platform management, and updating intranet resources

With the support of Intelligence colleagues, track digital activity against our targets and report back to key stakeholders the results of campaigns

Support internal partners at live and online events
Who you are
We have multiple roles and are open to applications from all educational backgrounds
- Marketing, digital marketing, communications, media or related field
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Have exposure to or an interest in one of the following:
- Social media - you believe in the power of social and community building
- Creative copywriting - words matter, even on social media
- Project management - we hope for the best but plan for the worst
- Corporate communications - an undervalued skill in the digital age
- Website - development, SEO, or design, we want you
- Analytics - if you; 've got a passion for data analysis, we can provide you with the challenge
