Your primary responsibilities involve collaborating with the commercial lead and GM to analyse market conditions, build enduring brands and drive successful brand launches and growth plans. In addition, you will contribute to portfolio management, develop business and marketing plans, and foster an environment conducive to top-tier talent growth.

In this exciting role, you will lead everything Brand Marketing for Rascals, the #1 Nappy Brand on TikTok, including overseeing marketing strategy and initiatives within our largest global markets: ANZ, US, Canada, and UK! ✨

Head of Marketing - Home Care | What you'll bring:

• You Ideally have a solid 10+ years of experience in brand/consumer marketing
• You have worked within home care or other commoditised consumer categories
• You are based in the UK, and have a good level of marketing experience in relevant industries within the UK and nearby countries
• You have experience in building and executing comprehensive trade marketing strategies with retailers around the world (ideally US/EU/UK combined with ANZ)
• You have proven experience in building and developing high-performing teams
• You have a solid foundation in Brand and Marketing Strategy, Strategic Planning, and has strong Media understanding
• You have managed and driven growth, and have a strong commercial understanding (i.e. P&L)
• You are able to strategically manage the budget and manage ROI
• You are confident and capable of leading Brand Management, involved in NPD, has shopper marketing (in-store) understanding
• You thrive in a startup culture (fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial)
• You are comfortable having interactions with people in different time zones (US, AU, UK, Canada)
• You are able to influence & provide higher lever brand understanding to cross functional teams

Senior Marketing Manager - FMCG/Baby Category | What you'll bring:

• Relevant years of experience in a brand marketing management role with a depth & breadth of brand experience at a senior level, including strong focus on social/digital marketing, PR and retail marketing as a priority
• FMCG/CPG experience preferable (ideally between 7-10 years)
• You are based in the UK, and have a good level of marketing experience in relevant industries within the UK and nearby countries
• Strong commercial & business acumen, strategic thinking and problem-solving.
• Must demonstrate leadership ability and be able to influence and motivate cross-functional teams, while holding stakeholders accountable to deliver on business objectives.
• Proven experience managing, developing and motivating direct reports and helping junior markers perform to a high standard.
• Strong communication & influencing skills, with the ability to translate messages across a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
• A go-getter with energy, creativity and determination to continuously improve and push boundaries. Strong solutions-focussed mindset, with high levels of resilience & passion.
