What You’ll Be Working On

You'll support the management of our existing Salesforce environment as well as deliver sustained change and improvement. Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) has been implemented recently as a key feature to deliver effective subscription management, product catalog and pricing.

The role is data driven and analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to discern a clear and accurate understanding of the information given, produce best practice designs and implement them successfully.

Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ: support and document existing business processes and identify opportunities for continued improvement and development.
• Manage the relationship with internal Salesforce users, handling outages, maintenance, security, updates, backups, licenses and user permissions/roles, data integrity and privacy.
• Administer and manage Expensify
• Work with the Business Systems team to translate user stories into defined business processes and prepare detailed requirements and specifications for implementation.
• Work with the Integration Developer and NetSuite Administrator to deliver effective integrations with other key business systems, for example, our ERP (NetSuite), Marketing Platform (Hubspot) and internal licensing systems.
• Provide role backup in the form of basic administration for our ERP platform (NetSuite) and DocuSign. NetSuite and DocuSign knowledge is not a requirement, we have existing administrators and will provide training.

What we're looking for

• Strong experience in Salesforce administration such as user access provisioning, user role and profile creation and object customisation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar discipline and/or advanced Salesforce certifications
• Strong experience in Salesforce development including flows, email alerts and Experience Cloud
• Understanding of Salesforce Apex classes and triggers
• Good communication skills and works well in a team
• Understanding of business analysis
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Enjoys working in a dynamic environment across multiple projects
