We are looking for a Digital Analytics and CDP Lead to join our team. You will work together with other data roles (architects, scientists and engineers) in the team on large international projects for the biggest brands. This role reports to the Data Solutions Director. Czech language proficiency is not required.

You will:

  • Be the principal leader on major projects, programs, and business initiatives, using demonstrated technical and leadership skills to drive successful delivery.
  • Provide guidance for key stakeholders on both internal and client side, including C-level executives.
  • Directly advise and influence within your own team. Coach the team to have a greater impact on individual goals. Set priorities to ensure task completion and coordinate work activities with other supervisors.
  • Be accountable for the performance and end results of a team of professional employees, make compensation recommendations and be involved in hiring decisions.
  • Foster teamwork within your own area and form partnerships with other teams.
  • Analyse complex technical problems and recommend solutions to non-routine issues.
  • Determine methods and approaches for new projects.
  • Keep up to date with developments in the area of technical expertise to ensure the area of business benefits from good practice and new thinking.

Requirements

We are looking for a senior profile with experience in these main areas:

  • Digital Analytics delivery: leading the lifecycle of digital analytics projects using standard tools like Google Analytics / GTM / Data Studio / Big Query, Adobe Analytics / Experience family
  • Customer Data Platform (CDP) delivery: supporting CDP projects starting from data ingestion from all digital channels and internal systems into a CDP platform (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe AEP, Treasure Data, …) through identity resolution, modeling of customer 360 view, to activation of actionable insights within various business solutions in the area of Marketing Automation (Adobe, Salesforce, …), Customer Acquisition / Programmatic (AdTech like Google, Facebook, …) and CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft, …)
  • Identity Management and Data Clean Room delivery: owning Identity Management and Data Clean Room topics, ensuring and promoting their successful implementation across both client projects and internal units.
  • Marketing Efficiency Reporting and Optimization delivery: leading conversion of digitally measured actions into insights to establish an analytics-driven approach to marketing optimization.
  • GDPR and Data Protection expertise: consulting on GDPR and Data protection topics.

In addition, we are looking for someone who is used to:

  • Managing a team: proactively seeking to develop and mentor team members, supporting them in their professional development and making them more effective consultants, supporting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and learning.
  • Being a subject matter leader in the areas of Digital Analytics and Customer Data Platforms, and an overall expert in MarTech & AdTech (Media) domains.
  • Providing/facilitating Thought Leadership, Training, Knowledge Sharing, Technical Hiring, Pre-sales Support, Business Development, and Offering/Go-to-market for your area of expertise across the entire company.
  • Being the face of the unit for the business in your region or domain, including but not limited to the sales, marketing, and HR departments.
